Building Survey

The Building Survey is a comprehensive inspection and report (formerly commonly called a structural survey) most suitable for older or unusual properties. It provides detailed advice on construction and condition, makes appropriate recommendations for remedial works or further investigation, and can be tailored to individual needs.

This service is delivered in accordance with the Home Survey Standard (1^st Edition) RICS professional standard and is equivalent to a Level 3 survey. We do not offer lower levels of survey and do not subscribe to any of the copyrighted RICS survey packages. However, we are always pleased to discuss alternative reports such as for the investigation of specific defects or main structure only.
