From initial stages of advising client we were asked to prepare a schedule of works, obtain competitive prices, appoint a contractor and oversee project to completion. Works have included complete re-rendering (using lime mortar), internal plastering, re-fitting kitchen and bathroom, new plumbing and heating arrangements and complete decoration.
